Once your payment is authorized, we will process your order and prepare it for shipment If your payment is declined, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to update your payment information. We reserve the right to cancel any order not paid for in full within 48 hours of placing the order.

Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Duties & Taxes are additional(can be up to 30% or more than the order value) and need to be paid by the customer to the shipping company at the time of delivery. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

Currency
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are placing an order from outside India, your payment will be converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate.

Sale offers are valid for a limited time and are valid on online purchases only at www.shaatikaa.com unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions or discounts at any time. Offers void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to introduce the Promotions (individually or collectively) at intervals of our choice. While these general terms of this Promotions Policy set out our terms and conditions governing all of our Promotions, we may also provide separate terms governing each one of its Promotions. While choosing to participate in the Promotions, you are, apart from this Promotions Policy, requested to peruse and understand the terms that govern individual Promotions. We may provide the Promotions on a select range or on all of our Products. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled as it would have already been processed for shipment. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Return Policy:
Customers can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Customers must provide a valid reason for returning the product. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Refunds and Returns
If you need to return an item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Personalized items are made to order. We are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

Exchange Policy:
Customers can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Customers must provide a valid reason for exchanging the product. The exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.

NOTE: 
shipping charges are non-refundable.
Handcrafted sarees are made to order.
We are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges on handcrafted/handloom Sarees and made-to-order sarees once your order has been submitted.
