Where is Shaatikaa based?
SHAATIKAA is a registered Indian partnership company and has its presence via an online store. Shaatikaa is nested in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Does Shaatikaa have retail stores or shops anywhere?

Currently we operate via online platform and through other social media platform however, we will open our store in Hyderabad soon.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We will be happy to help you complete your purchase via call, You can reach our Customer Care team via call or WhatsApp at +91-784-263-9087 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to sign up to place an order. You can check out a guest user however, if you want to avail shopping points and seasonal discounts offered by SHAATIKAA, you need to create an account with us.
Do you take bulk orders?

Can I change the shipping address of the order placed?

We request our customers to enter the correct shipping address while placing the order however, if any customer wishes to change the address later the same can be done by calling us on +91-784-263-9087 within 02 hours of placing the order.

Does Shaatikaa offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. We use a Razorpay secure payment gateway  which is PCI-DSS compliant to process your payments, ensuring that your sensitive information is protected.
What is your return policy?
To return the package please call us on +91-784-263-9087. The Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days approx. after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Please make sure the package is not damage and mishandled. For more click here.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will share a tracking number to track your order online. You will also receive email updates about the status of your order and delivery.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We strive to process and ship every order within 48 business hours. You can expect to receive your order in 4 -7 business days depending on your location. The delivery timeline depends upon the delivery partner and the address of the customer. For metros & Tier 1 cities, it may take 3-4 working days, whereas for Tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas, it may take 5-7 working days or long in some rare scenarios. For International orders, the average delivery time is 7 -15 business days depending on the country of residence.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed size charts on our website to help you find the right size for your body type. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How Can I cancel my order?
Customer's can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. 
Does SHAATIKAA accept custom orders?
Yes, we accept made-to-order and custom orders for some of our products. Please contact us for more information about our custom order process.
Do you offer Corporate Gifting Services?

What if the product I receive is in a damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at (+91 784-263-9087) or email us at (namaskaram@Shaatikaa.com) mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you return the order.

Can I have the product gift wrapped?
Yes, you can send us a request for the same along with the message you would intend to send to the recipient. 
Do you manufacture your products?

Yes we do and we also source our products directly from the artists and weavers, mostly from the villages to promote the art and help them avail a sustainable source of living. We bring you regional and local specialties on an international platform.

Can i order in bulk for special Occasion's?

Yes, please call us and help us with all the details and we will help you in completing the order. Please contact us for any functions like Mehendi, Sagaai, Haldi, Marriage, Party and many more..
